All payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that charges are recurring and based on access to digital services.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial usage of the service
- Unused subscription time
- Change of mind after purchase

Refunds may be granted only in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate charge due to technical error
- Incorrect billing caused by system malfunction
- Verified failure to access the Service due to a technical issue on our side
